老师的话：	作为一名英语教师，我赞成这样一种说法：老师要关心和爱护学生，以学生为中心，提升他们对英语的兴趣。但我认为仅仅做到这样还是不够的。因为我们常常可以看到，学生们接受同样的课程，但是他们的学习效果却往往大相径庭。我认为教育学生，因材施教是关键。在我的课堂上，我会密切关注学生的个体差异，分析干扰他们学习能力的原因，然后对不同的学生采用不同的教学方法。总之，我会尽我最大的努力来帮助我的学生用一种开心、适当的方法来学习英语,使他们感受到在长颈鹿学习英语是如此的简单！ As an English teacher, I agree that teachers should treat students with great love and concern, make students the center as well as raise their interest in English. But I don’t think that is enough. It always can be seen that although many students receive a same course, their learning effects are different. So I believe that teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the key of teaching of English. In my class, I’ll pay attention to students’ individual differences, analyze the various factors which restrict students’ learning ability，then use different methods to teach different ones. In short, I’ll try my utmost to help my students learn English with a happy and appropriate way and make them feel that English learning at Giraffe is so easy.
